Mendwell is a small, family-run service. To keep work calm, consistent, and properly looked after, time is split between hands-on site work and quieter admin time.
This page explains when we are usually on site, when messages are picked up, and what to expect when getting in touch.
On-site working hours
These are the hours Mendwell is typically out on site carrying out work:
Monday to Thursday
8:00am to 5:30pm
Friday to Sunday
Closed
During these times, calls and messages may not be answered immediately, as tools are in hand and focus is on the work in front of me.
Admin and reply times
Messages are picked up and replied to during set admin periods, usually:
Monday to Thursday
Early morning
Early evening
This helps keep communication clear and reliable, without interrupting on-site work.
If you get in touch outside of these times, your message will be picked up during the next admin window.
